Technology is changing everyone’s lifestyle and is greatly changing how commercial real estate is used. These changes are creating big opportunities and challenges for tenants, landlords, developers, and investors. Gary will discuss these changes and give some insight on the upcoming opportunities.

Professional people will always be critical to the CRE markets. Those professionals who harness and use evolving technologies will prosper the most.

No matter who we are or what we do in commercial real estate, we should have at least a basic familiarity with the SBA’s new refinancing opportunities. This way, we can be more comfortably conversant with others rather than being left out of a discussion that could have resulted in a deal.
