- Bridge loans (private money) for investors who need the short-term cushion during a transitionary period. FBF can close in as little as 14 days. Loans range from $250,000 to $5 million. We offer loans with no prepayment penalties, no bank statements and stated income. Only available in California and Arizona.
- Residential loans for first-time homebuyers, investment property owners and those who want to refinance. We offer conventional mortgages (10/15/30-year fixed rate), Jumbo, ARM (3/1, 5/1, 10/1), FHA, VA and USDA loans.
- Commercial loans for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and individuals purchasing a commercial real estate asset, such as an office building, industrial facility, retail center and much more. FBF offers financing from $500,000 to $25 million-plus. We have lent billions of dollars to commercial property owners.
- Owner-user and SBA loans for small businesses so they can obtain the funds they need to continue to grow. We have tailored owner-user and SBA loan solutions that can help you fund real estate and business acquisitions, or supply working capital. Our nationwide program can fund up to $5 million and 90% LTV.
