If experience matters Lee would be a great advisor in your “advisor toolbox”.  Lee started his Real Estate Lending career in 1983 specializing in apartment building acquisitions and in 1987 started his commercial lending career with Coast Savings and Loan. In the past 30 years, Lee has worked for many commercial banks, a REIT funding over $500M+ in conventional and structured transactions.  With the rapidly changing market Lee decided that it would be better to not specialize in one asset class or one program and instead be in an environment that could meet all of a clients needs.  In 2018 Lee returned Fidelity Bancorp Funding,  a Direct private money lender and mortgage banker specializing in Bridge Loans (10 day close), Bridge to Permanent Loans, and Permanent Loans. To many times the assets were under market on rents, had a high vacancy rate, needed some real TLC and without having the platform Fidelity offers I would not be able to service my clients.  Also while seeing the market evolve Lee  created BridgeLoanPro and ApartmentProSoftware to assist mortgage brokers and realtors in a streamlined analysis to structure added value (turnaround) transactions for commercial investment properties.

BridgeLoanPro Software (BLP), was created to assist brokers in placing loans or marketing investment properties with the appropriate lenders. As a Senior Commercial Loan Officer with over 30 years of commercial real estate lending and acquisitions, Lee’s mission is to streamline the analysis and underwriting process to optimize it for each of the commercial real estate property types. BLP’s concepts derive from experience as a commercial loan officer with Commercial Banks, Thrift & Loans, REIT-CMBS and Private Money Lenders. BLP’s rule of thumb is based on a 80/20 theory that 80% of the decision making is made with 20% of the asset information. BridgeLoanPro utilizes the critical 20% information for each specific property type so you are guided to the basic analysis to underwrite the basics of structured Bridge Loans for As Is to Stabilization.  Go to
