William Sonsma founded Fidelity Bancorp Funding (FBF) in 2000 after concluding a successful career in accounting and finance with Price Waterhouse Cooper (CPA), Carnation, and Ross Swiss Dairies. For the past 20 years, he has been responsible for the strategic vision of the company and is considered one of the nations’ pioneers in the multi-family, commercial, SFR and bridge lending space.
His creative business strategies in the lending and investment communities have ensured that FBF is delivering best-in-class service to both investors and strategic partners. William’s desire to foster an exciting and rewarding work environment for loan officers is unchallenged in the industry.
During these unprecedented economic times, many companies find themselves in a right-sizing mode. However, Fidelity is able to mitigate the market meltdown by focusing on clients first and creating an environment built for wealth generation, cash flow stability, and lead generation. This beneficial partnership serves borrowers, loan officers and investors equally.
William is a member of the Board of Directors of St. John Bosco High School, and is active with the Barnabas Group, Convene and various other charitable organizations.
