With over $13+ billion in closed loans nationwide, we can generally close deals in two to three weeks and sometimes as fast as one week on our bridge program. For our correspondent program, we typically expect it to take 30-45 days to close on commercial loans. Moreover, we work hard to be transparent about our underwriting and funding process as well as to be responsive to inquiries, questions, and emails.
