David Frosh is Managing Partner/CEO at Fidelity Bancorp Funding Inc, a leading provider of bridge and permanent financing for commercial real estate, located in Santa Ana, CA. He is also a General Partner at Tapestry Management LLC, a $7 billion master planned community. David is a principal in Chassis Lease Co, a captive financing vehicle formed to acquire and lease 5,000 intermodal chassis annually to the North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC).  In addition, Mr. Frosh serves on the board of Watt Capital, a real estate company that has had a significant impact on housing and commercial real estate in Los Angeles and Southern California since the 1970s. He is also a board member for the Fritz Duda Company, a real estate development company based in Dallas, TX with primary holdings in California, Texas, and Reno, Nevada.

From 2009 to 2019, Mr. Frosh co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Center Street Lending, one of the nation’s largest specialty real estate lenders based in Irvine, California. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner of Whiskey Hill Partners, an early-stage investment firm that funded and sold multiple early-stage companies from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Frosh also served as President of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate from 2000 to 2006, during which time he led the company's revenue growth from $15 million to $150 million and grew the firm to over 1,200 agents in 165 cities.  Before joining Sperry Van Ness, he was President of CAM Commerce Solutions, a NASDQ listed software provider focused on point-of-sale, inventory control, and credit card processing where he oversaw a 20x increase in the company’s market capitalization.

Mr. Frosh has also served on the board of Pacific Union Real Estate, EV Roberts Chemicals, Evans Manufacturing, California Stem Cell, Sellers Advantage, Cam Commerce Solutions, Cabo Chips, and the Navy Seal Foundation. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization for 28 years and was an adjunct professor of marketing for the MBA program at Pepperdine University for six years. Mr. Frosh holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Central Michigan University and an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate School of Business.
