Kwame S. Brathwaite is Director of Affiliate Partnerships. A real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in CRE Development, Kwame recently served as the SVP of Real Estate Development for Kitchen United, a Google Ventures backed startup. In that role he directed the growth of the brand through new site acquisition, asset management and development across the United States. Prior to joining Kitchen United, Kwame was the VP of Real Estate Development for Citibank Realty Services where he managed the strategy for office and retail locations in Nevada and California. He also served as Regional Portfolio Manager for McDonald’s $2.8 billion portfolio in Southern California where he advised Franchisees on real estate construction forecasting as part of the reinvestment program. He also manages an internationally renowned photographic archive with works in MOMA, The Whitney, The Art Institute of Chicago, LACMA and the Smithsonian among others. Kwame serves on the Board of Aperture Foundation in New York, NY and the Board of Trustees for Polytechnic School in Pasadena, CA.  Kwame received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College with a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought and his Executive MBA from Marshall School of Business at USC.
